Jones Animal Hospital
Jones Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary facility. We pledge to provide quality medical services to our clients of the greater Puget Sound region. In 2012, we celebrated 65 years of service.
In order to do so, we operate a fee generated small business. We do not receive any subsidies from other sources.
For many years, private practices like Jones Animal Hospital were able to provide some private financing. Unfortunately, times have changed and we are no longer able to do so.
To keep your veterinary costs down, we request payment to be made at the time of services being rendered. Payment may be rendered in any of the methods mentioned below.
CHECK ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Jones Animal Hospital accepts checks for payment of services rendered from established clients with 2 or more years of service. We no longer accept checks from new clients and are slowly phasing out all checks.
Jones Animal Hospital will always accept cash.
MAJOR CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS
Jones Animal Hospital accepts most major credit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Please be prepared to provide identification when using a credit card.
Please call ahead if someone intends to use your credit card that is not listed on the account. This is common if your children pick up your pet(s).
While we try to make everything as convenient as possible, we do not wish to “hold” your credit card number on file to charge products or services.
For existing clients (2 years or longer) with an emergency situation, we will gladly enter a credit card into a computerized delayed payment program for the amount of services for up to 14 days. Once again, this is for existing clients who have established a relationship with Jones Animal Hospital and can be used for emergencies only. A deposit for services may be required. Delayed deposit may not be used for elective procedures such as vaccinations, surgical altering, or non-life saving procedures that can be delayed without ill affect to your pet.
Established businesses such as pet stores and grooming operations may apply for our corporate program.
